Eight (8) Mobile Water Treatment Plants were acquired by the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation of Peru, and were taken to the cities of Piura, Chiclayo, Trujillo, Lima, Pisco, Arequipa, Cusco and Puno. The Mobile Water Potabilization Plants, intended to be used in cases of emergency or in small communities with water scarcity, are mounted onto a platform that can then be taken to the emergency zone. CAPITAL WATER is in charge of the maintenance (preventive and corrective) of these mobile plants until the year of 2018. Two of these plants successfully operated in the disaster which occurred in April 2016 in Ecuador, due to the humanitarian aid granted by the Peruvian Government.
